The Plant HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the plant to ensure the effective management of personnel, as well as compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role focuses on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving employee engagement to support operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and will work closely with plant leadership and corporate HR teams to foster a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with staffing agencies and corporate recruiting for plant positions, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet production demands. Collaborate with plant leadership to understand current and future workforce needs.
Act as a liaison between plant management and employees to resolve grievances and address workplace issues; Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, and HR program administration.
Foster a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and consistent communication. Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
Oversee performance review processes, providing guidance to supervisors on evaluating and developing employees.
Partner with EHS and plant leadership to ensure a safe working environment, including management of workers compensation.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Lead investigations into workplace incidents and employee complaints in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures.
Lead continuous improvement projects related to HR processes, such as onboarding, employee retention, and performance management.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and engagement scores.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
5+ years of HR experience
2+ years supporting the hourly workforce in an HR capacity such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, restaurant, etc
Worker's compensation experience

Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant environment

As the Director of Operations, you are responsible for all aspects of Paris Baguette's day-to-day and ongoing bakery café business operations. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement both short and long-term tactical and strategic plans in accordance with business goals and objectives for operations in the North American market.
Achieve budget across several different metrics, including, but not limited to sales, net profit, guest experience, internal and external audit scores
Provide direction to the team creating a positive working environment and supporting a high-performance culture through open communication and supportive leadership.
Report regularly to Chief Operating Officer on the company performance metrics, including, but not limited to: Sales, Guest experience, profitability, brand compliance, & team development.

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Lead supports the Accounts Payable Manager by coordinating daily AP operations, guiding a small AP team, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and employee expense reimbursements. The role serves as the primary lead for AP systems and processes, including Concur travel and entertainment expenses, payment batches, bank reconciliations, and vendor master maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate end‑to‑end accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, three‑way match, payment runs, and vendor maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Act as day‑to‑day lead for the AP team (about 2-3 staff), assigning work, answering questions, help train team on new duties and provide guidance while escalating complex issues to the AP Manager.
Serve as the primary lead for the company's travel and entertainment expense system (Concur), reviewing and releasing employee expense reports to ensure policy compliance and timely reimbursement.
Prepare and process scheduled payment batches (ACH, wire, check, card, and online payments), ensuring required approvals, correct banking details, and proper posting in the ERP.
Perform AP‑related bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items and coordinating with the AP Manager and treasury team as needed.
Oversee vendor management tasks, including new vendor setup, ongoing updates to vendor master data, annual reviews, and annual 1099 filing.
Assist with month‑end close activities for AP, including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of AP reports and schedules for management review.
Help maintain and document AP procedures, support process improvement initiatives, and promote effective use of AP and expense automation tools under the direction of the AP Manager.
Partner up with purchasing, logistics, receiving, and other departments to research and resolve invoices, vendors, and payment discrepancies while providing strong internal customer service.
May require overtime during end of month close and completion of certain projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
Required:
