**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and harmonize efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning delivery with strategic business outcomes
+ Bridge business and technology needs, translating complex requirements into scalable data platform solutions
+ Collaborate with EPAM leadership to shape strategic investments and innovation in the Data & Analytics domain
+ Establish modern cloud-native architectures with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, creating scalable Lakehouse architectures
+ Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, ensuring actionable insights and measurable business value
+ Develop and promote technological assets including blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization
+ Provide technical oversight while integrating AI/ML capabilities into data ecosystems, supporting proposals and effectively communicating technical solutions
**Requirements**
+ Deep experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
+ Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architectures
+ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical strategies in business terms
+ A natural storyteller and communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to lead without authority
+ Experience in both pre-sales and delivery, capable of switching between execution and strategic advisory modes

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $228,000. Job Description
Experience in Subscription Sales and license sales models
Experience in RPA, cognitive automation and/ or digital platform sales is preferred
Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
Lead territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, and Partners - all to maximize business development in the given location.
Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level;
Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
Experience selling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) with a demonstrated track record in reaching strategic business goals in the technology industry.
Demonstrable ability to speak credibly about SaaS and PaaS, and to perform basic technical qualification.
Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
Ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills, and strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy
