The COO works closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth, improve performance, and expand our impact in behavioral healthcare throughout New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple clinical sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance. Develop and implement scalable operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational growth. Ensure effective utilization of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and technology across sites. Maintain adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within behavioral health or addiction treatment settings.
