Pros of working at NJ Transit

Health benefits

Cons of working at NJ Transit

Horrible, Worst job, they do not care about employees and the union runs the company. Upper management is a joke and they abuse you every chance they get. Nobody cares. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. In buildings and on trains and buses. Trains and buses not properly maintained and not cleaned properly. I never ride and I can ride for free. Rules are only followed by some. Work schedule is terrible as well. Forget seeing your family or getting any good sleep.
