Role Overview:
The Maintenance Lead provides departmental leadership for maintenance and machine repair to assure that a superior level of support and services is always provided. The lead strives to continuously improve the operation, efficiency, and readiness level of the facility and manufacturing equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Lead serves as a resource for creating and maintaining preventive maintenance programs relating to machinery, equipment, and systems throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of robotics, CNC machines, vision systems, and other control driven equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdown on machine equipment to include diagnosing problems, finding solutions, and making the repairs with minimal downtime utilizing electrical and mechanical repairs.
Work closely with manufacturing and engineering to get machines up and running to capacity
Contact and interact with contractors for machine maintenance issues requiring outside expertise
Supports the site TPM schedule for both operational equipment and facility systems under the direction of facility and operations managers
Completes facility repairs as required; or arranges for outside vendors to complete repairs.
Implement additional safety guarding as needed
Fully support facility safety program and actively contribute to continuous improvement of facility safety performance
Support large scale capital projects for machine, infrastructure, and tooling needs.
Understanding of high voltage electrical system 480/208/110 3ph and 1ph
Order parts for repair and develop correct inventory levels for spare parts utilizing the purchasing system database
Estimate project costs, including labor and materials and suggest appropriate vendor to perform the work
Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
May perform other related assignments as needed
Critical Competencies for Success:
8+ years of general work experience in industrial equipment maintenance, CNC machine tooling, and construction maintenance or repair work
Must have CNC Maintenance Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong electrical and hydraulic experience - Pneumatic experience is a plus
Wiring machinery and making repairs to electrical components.
Ability to frequently bend and stoop for equipment maintenance and repairs
Ability to frequently carry up to 40lbs
Familiarity with OSHA standards and regulations; and experience performing safety audits and reviews preferred

Role Overview:
The Maintenance Lead provides departmental leadership for maintenance and machine repair to assure that a superior level of support and services is always provided. Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of robotics, CNC machines, vision systems, and other control driven equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdown on machine equipment to include diagnosing problems, finding solutions, and making the repairs with minimal downtime utilizing electrical and mechanical repairs.
* Work closely with manufacturing and engineering to get machines up and running to capacity
* Contact and interact with contractors for machine maintenance issues requiring outside expertise

* Completes facility repairs as required; or arranges for outside vendors to complete repairs.

Critical Competencies for Success:
* 8+ years of general work experience in industrial equipment maintenance, CNC machine tooling, and construction maintenance or repair work

* Strong electrical and hydraulic experience - Pneumatic experience is a plus

Role Overview
Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Swiss CNC turning centers. Produce production parts to required tolerances and complete machine set-ups to the established and documented average set-up time on all resources in the turning department. Provide troubleshooting and set-up assistance to other team members. Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, and machining procedures.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am
Pay Range: $30.00/hr minimum to $35.00/hr maximum (and a 10% shift premium for 2nd shift employees).

Key Responsibilities
· Follow directions and produce required quantity of parts on the job traveler.
· Set-up and produce parts within required tolerances.
· Troubleshoot and correct alarms and non-conforming measurements.

· Follow quality assurance instructions, measure and record inspections, and process non-conformances that are discovered.

· 5+ years experience with setting up and operating 2-5 axis CNC Swiss Turning machines and bar feeders is required.
· Experience with Stars, Fanuc controls, LNS bar feeders, and IEMCA bar feeders are a plus.
· Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work instructions and prepare production reports.
· Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced.
· Sufficient manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
· Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and bending.
· Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry 30 pounds.
· Mathematical knowledge including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
· Knowledge and ability to use inspection equipment such as calipers, dial indicators, micrometers, thread gages, and video inspection systems.
