Relaxed atmosphere, co-workers are pleasant and great to work with.
Low pay, Management will turn on you the moment you give them notice of leaving your position, cross-training is nonexistent. They don't take care of their important key employees unless you are in upper management.
Vacation time earned after 5 years of service and the ability to leave for medical appointments.
Nothing I liked about the CEO. My boss was fantastic until I gave notice then everything changed.
