The Job You Will Perform:
Reporting to the Woodyard Area Process Manager, the Front Line Leader (FLL) are responsible for the management, coordination, and direction of a crew of 10 operating members in the Woodyard, as well as up to 4 scalers at the Scalehouse. Front Line Leaders are responsible for making sure that all members understand what is expected of them, and holding them accountable for those expectations. They are accountable for ensuring that goals are met in turn around time, Woodyard uptime, housekeeping, and the completion of required checklists. Front Line Leaders must possess the ability to lead and manage safety, ensuring that all safety goals are accomplished.
