    Responsibilities _*This is for an upcoming future opportunity_ The NC3 SME shall provide an on-site NC3 SME to serve as the Government's primary POC on NC3 requirements. The Contractor shall be knowledgeable of NC2 authorities and C2 relationships, NC3 operating principles, waveforms and technologies associated with NC3 enterprise systems, and a working knowledge of communications and Information Technology associated with the NC3 weapon system (AN/USQ-225) and its supporting space-related technologies and systems. They utilize their expertise in data analysis, research methods, engineering and technical knowledge, and project management to analyze project requirements, risks, and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to project stakeholders. Typical responsibilities include conducting project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and potential return on investment of proposed projects, developing project plans and schedules, and identifying key milestones and deliverables. Project analysis (technical) roles also involve monitoring and tracking project progress, performance, and expenditures, and analyzing variances to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Additionally, professionals may prepare project reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure accountability and transparency.
