About The Role As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational and clinical needs of your region. You will work closely with the Chief Network Operating Office to identify operational and clinical opportunities, and implement long-term solutions to meet clinical metrics and utilization goals. You will carry a clinical caseload of approximately 5 clinical hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for Therapists in the Network and provide effective leadership and guidance on clinical practice. This includes establishing and developing professional relationships through monthly/quarterly meetings and biannual reviews. Assist Therapists in meeting utilization and clinical goals through effective management, problem-solving, and coaching. Coordinate with the Chief Network Operating Officer in implementing various programs to streamline network efficiency and drive therapist utilization. Coordinate with the Chief Clinical Officer in implementing clinical procedures/programs to ensure clinical quality metrics are maintained. Ensure Therapists' adherence to NOCD operational policies and procedures. Implement performance management plans as appropriate in coordination with the Chief Network Operating Officer and People Operations Foster a healthy work culture that aligns with NOCD values and encourages open communication, collaboration, and professional development. Assist therapists in immediate problem-solving as well as the development of long-term solutions. Collaborate with NOCD leadership and various departments to streamline processes and enhance network optimization. Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and senior management, professionally conveying relevant information, concerns, and recommendations. Acts as an ambassador for the Therapist Network to Leadership. Daily/Weekly Duties: Respond to various daily Therapist needs via Email, Slack, and Zoom. Monitor your assigned individual therapists' utilization and clinical metrics; assist individual therapists in addressing barriers to meeting expectations. Coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings, as well as biannual reviews. Manage Therapists' schedules, including entering them into EHR, reviewing override requests, flexing schedules to meet Member needs, and approving PTO. Join weekly onboarding/training cohorts to communicate/train on operational procedures, including scheduling, cancellations, overrides, PTO, etc. Meet with onboarding cohorts for the regional welcoming meeting and assist in the transition into the Network. Manage Therapist Retool profiles to optimize scheduling and utilization. Coordinate with various teams, including Intake/Service/Scheduling to drive Therapist specific utilization. Manage Therapist resignations and change of employment process, including the succession plan. Coordinate with RCD regarding Therapist specific clinical concerns. Escalate appropriate concerns to the VP of Net Ops or RCD. Assist in addressing after-hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) urgent therapist requests and operational emergencies. Attend various weekly meetings with NOCD leadership Participate in EOM push, including move-ups, schedule optimization, therapist promotions, and all-hands-on-deck activities. About the Role As the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, at NOCD, we want our Therapists to focus on what's most important - treating and caring for our members. NOCD is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) based in Wisconsin to join our team. As a NOCD Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes. We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and our clinical guidelines to discern when to refer members to external resources. Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions. You'll enjoy growth and support through: ongoing consultation with other team members; specialized clinical training with experienced OCD providers; information on the latest research advancements in the field; technical support and clinical protocols; 1:1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback. What You'll Do Help people with OCD get better and stay better by providing top-notch care through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform Manage your caseload and schedule Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system Participate in NOCD clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD Collaborate with our network of providers to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions Requirements: See credentialing information here. Full Time Providers: 40 hour work week Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week Attend a world-class training program developed by industry leaders Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation Have 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for Member Sessions Will participate in and complete cross-license application process during Onboarding Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending NOCD Child and Adolescent training Who You Are Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state. Masters Degree Required Wisconsin: (Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker) At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT) Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not required Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time management Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate Ambitious and ready to keep up with a goal-driven, start-up environment What We Offer A commitment to clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and proven & visible clinical outcomes.
