Handle fuel delivery equipment, such as meters, nozzles, and gauges, to ensure accurate fuel transfers. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and operational. Load and unload fuel from trucks, following safety protocols to avoid spills or accidents. Accurately complete required paperwork, including delivery tickets, mileage logs, and inspection reports. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding fuel transportation and delivery. Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues or changes in delivery schedules. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain knowledge of fuel types, delivery equipment, and safe handling procedures. Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
