Primary Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Coordination:
Manage daily order allocations and special packaging needs, coordinating with growers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee repack adjustments to address demand fluctuations or shortages.
Grower Relationship Management:

Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Supervisor of Site Services Water Treatment, you will need a thorough understanding of water and wastewater treatment operations, process engineering, maintenance strategies, and laboratory procedures. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards, while overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of water treatment systems. * Acts as plant Agent of the Company for assigned plant, ensuring treatment remains compliant with Federal, State and Local regulations. Responsible for overseeing treatment operations and equipment, operations team and coordinating with other departments, sections or outside entities. Responds to on call questions from operations team.
* Supervises, instructs, and inspects work of the operation personnel to ensure compliance with permits, policies, procedures, regulatory agency, quality standards, and the proper performance of operational duties.

ABOUT YOU

Must be able to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, transits, etc. and be able to set up dial indicators and laser alignment devices.Piping Inspection:Experience level must fall in pipe installation inspection, including welding, supports, instrumentation, etc. Must have CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists material handling personnel with required material storage and PM requirements as needed.
2. Communicates with others regarding inspections results and recommends corrective procedures.
3. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
4. Participates in the preparation of Quality control ITP.
5. Performs control measuring and tests equipment.
6. Verifies the installation of the systems, components and equipment in accordance with the assigned discipline.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. 1+ year construction practices
2. 1+ year in quality control inspection discipline
3. HS Degree Required
4. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
