He is the Chief Technology Officer of Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), a leading third-party logistics brokerage firm, where he focuses on advancing the company’s proprietary software.

A firm believer that technology is a key component to not only a business’ success, but more importantly the success of its customers and partners, Brian is passionate about continually innovating, growing, and learning in order to create technologies that better serve the market. Brian’s extensive expertise in software development ensures NTG provides ongoing solutions to the evolving needs of their shippers and carriers.

He also serves as the Vice President of Community Impact for United Way of Forsyth County, a nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of community residents by solving issues through innovative solutions.

Previously, Brian worked at UPS, where he served jointly as CTO and VP of UPS’s FTL and LTL Brokerage, Coyote Logistics, as well as UPS’s asset-based LTL carrier, UPS Freight.

As Chief Operating Officer of Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), a leading third-party logistics firm, Harris drives the strategy that connects NTG’s people, operations, and business initiatives. With extensive experience in logistics and supply chain, his focus is on developing the best brokers in the industry. With his unmatched ability to motivate a growing workforce (which stems from his years as a high school football coach), Harris empowers his teams to find creative solutions that serve NTG’s customers and carriers. His intrinsic enthusiasm for the company and its people has cultivated a culture of collaboration, growth, and determination throughout their offices.During his career, he has held various leadership positions and helped grow NTG into the leading 3PL it is today. Harris graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Economics, and later earned a Doctoral Specialist of Education degree in Organizational Leadership.
