Mark T. Bertolini (born 1956) is an American businessman who was the CEO of Aetna, a Fortune 50 diversified health care benefits company with over $60 billion in 2015 revenue. Bertolini assumed the role of CEO on November 29, 2010 and of Chairman on April 8, 2011 until Aetna was sold to CVS on November 28, 2018.

Larry Kutscher has served on our board of directors since December 2014. Kutscher is the Chief Executive Officer of TravelClick, a privately held provider of solutions for the hospitality industry. From 2006 to 2010, Kutscher served as the Chief Executive Officer of Register.com, a privately held web services company. From 2001 to 2006, Kutscher served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Small Business Group at Dun & Bradstreet, a publicly held business information company. Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Kutscher held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and American Express. Kutscher holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and an A.B. in Political Science from Brown University.

Oliver Kharraz, MD, is CEO and founder of Zocdoc. Oliver is the most recent doctor in a 300-year family tradition. Over the course of his wide-ranging career, Oliver has accrued comprehensive experience effecting change and building efficiency in large scale healthcare organizations using information technology. Prior to Zocdoc, Oliver was an Associate Principal at the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. During his seven-year tenure at McKinsey & Co., Oliver developed and implemented new patient utilization models for the national health services of a number of governments and major hospital chains. In 1994, Oliver built and sold his first business - a forerunner of early internet software. He later became a resident doctor at the clinic of Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where he earned an MD and a Doctorate in Neuroscience. Oliver also has a Masters Degree in Philosophy from the Jesuit College of Philosophy in Munich. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Born in Germany, Oliver immigrated to the U.S. during his work for McKinsey & Co. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and their twin daughters.

Jacob is a Harvard and Oxford trained public health scientist and technologist.He was previously Director of Research & Strategy at Dossia, one of the world’s first and largest Personal Health Records, and Product Manager at RunKeeper, a leading mobile/web health and fitness platform. Jacob’s doctoral research examined the relationship between lifestyle behavior and cardiovascular disease prevention.
