What You'll Do


As Director of Operations, you will lead a team of innovative disciples as we work to bring inspiration to campuses nationwide. Your focus will be on delivering results. You’ll execute the business plan, achieve P&L results by leading, managing, and holding team accountable. You’ll remove obstacles, resolve issues, develop and maintain processes, standardize work and help turn ideas into success. You are responsible for ensuring clarity and messaging across organization keeping everyone on same page. You are an EOS Integrator.

The Position

We are searching for a Client Controller with non-profit experience to join our External Accounting team. The Controller will report directly to the VP of External Operations and is expected to manage multiple existing or new client relationships, ensure appropriate and efficient staffing of external clients, and build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and target marketing efforts. The Controller will direct budget and cost controls, analyze and interpret financial data, recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance, work with other controllers on adoption and rollout of best practices and work with direct reports to deliver top of the line service.   • Perform financial analysis and prepare client financial statements and reports
  • Maintain, analyze, and summarize general ledger accounts
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly close meetings with clients
  • Coordinate and assist with year-end audits
  • Supervise exempt and non-exempt accounting staff
  • Develop accounting policies and procedures
  • Periodically update senior management regarding client relationships
  • Build new and maintain existing vendor and client relationships
  • Monitor and enhance client profitability
  • Perform day-to-day operational problem solving
  • Interact with client’s Board of Directors
