What You'll Do


As Director of Operations, you will lead a team of innovative disciples as we work to bring inspiration to campuses nationwide. Your focus will be on delivering results. You’ll execute the business plan, achieve P&L results by leading, managing, and holding team accountable. You’ll remove obstacles, resolve issues, develop and maintain processes, standardize work and help turn ideas into success. You are responsible for ensuring clarity and messaging across organization keeping everyone on same page. You are an EOS Integrator.


This position has the potential to make a BIG impact in the Catholic Church and its future. It is a leadership position. You will report directly to the President.

What You Need to Get the Job Done


• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in a director of ops role


• Experience working with and/or a good understanding of the Catholic Church


• A desire to Bring God Back to College


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage various programs and target audiences


• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Team player with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Who You Are

You are a CPA, seasoned non-profit controller or Director of Finance that enjoys working with clients to further the mission of the organization. Over your career you’ve developed a reputation of being a go-to resource for solving hard problems and getting things done; everything from how to set up an organizations financial infrastructure, to budgeting, planning, technical accounting, and of course: preparation and analysis of financial statements. You’ve worked with non-profits and you know your technical knowledge, quick turnaround time, strong coaching skills, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely is what sets you apart. You love to build relationships though networking, referrals, and marketing efforts, and you get immense satisfaction from coaching and developing a team.

The Position

We are searching for a Client Controller with non-profit experience to join our External Accounting team. The Controller will report directly to the VP of External Operations and is expected to manage multiple existing or new client relationships, ensure appropriate and efficient staffing of external clients, and build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and target marketing efforts. The Controller will direct budget and cost controls, analyze and interpret financial data, recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance, work with other controllers on adoption and rollout of best practices and work with direct reports to deliver top of the line service. Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and prepare client financial statements and reports
• Maintain, analyze, and summarize general ledger accounts
• Conduct monthly or quarterly close meetings with clients
• Coordinate and assist with year-end audits
• Supervise exempt and non-exempt accounting staff
• Develop accounting policies and procedures
• Periodically update senior management regarding client relationships
• Build new and maintain existing vendor and client relationships
• Monitor and enhance client profitability
• Perform day-to-day operational problem solving
• Interact with client’s Board of Directors

Essential Requirements

• Expert in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Active CPA license preferred
• 7+ years experience
• Non-profit experience
• Operations experience desired
• Ability to pass background checks (Act 33 and 34 clearances)
• Have a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle license, access to a personal vehicle
