About the Role
Responsible for safely operating a fork truck in a warehouse and around pedestrians, refilling designated materials, and moving finished goods and raw materials.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Must be able to learn and comply with all Amcor Rigid Packaging's safety rules/regulations.

The technical sanitation specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to all of HP Hood's facilities. Job Description
This role is focused on performing transactional activities supporting customer service, sales operations, and finance to ensure proper systems recording of customer returns, new items set-up, sample requests, and quoting new items. This role will work alongside with the Customer Care Specialist to ensure flawless communication to the customers. The Sales Support Specialist may also be responsible for managing small to mid-tier accounts and servicing of those customers orders on-time and in-full.
Key Accountabilities
1. Order Entry-Ensures customer order is encoded (Automatic or Manual) accurately and on-time. Evaluates order quantity versus set minimum requirements.
2. Customer Incident Tracking - With the use of TICS (Tracking Incident Complaint System), process customer complaints such as invoice disputes, short deliveries, and/or returns to ensure timely and proper resolution for the customer.
3. New Item Creation - Facilitates creation of new finished goods item. This role also coordinates with the cross-functional team members for a timely completion of master data. Completion of this process would ensure the item would flow through the system from customer order entry to final invoice.
4. Sample Requests - Based on quantity and product line, enter request through applicable channel, Sample Lab or Plant. This role ensures timely production and shipment of samples to the requestor.
5. Quoting - Determine if request is eligible for quoting (not previously quoted to another supplier) and quantity meets MOQ (minimum order requirement). Through Quote App, enter all product details, annual volume, bapplicable fees, MOQs, and any additional tooling required for accurate pricing levels.
6. Regulatory, Specs, and Drawing Requests: Determine appropriate regulatory, specs, and drawings to retrieve and/or submit as requested by the customer.
7. ITrade - When required, maintains and troubleshoots EDI (Electronic data interchange) connectivity with customers within the order to cash process. Working to minimize repeatable errors by working with customer care and other areas as needed.
8. Customer Portal Maintenance - When required, this role is the point of contact for assigned external customer and third party online portals to provide accurate and up to date information to customers related to product inquires, returns, credits, and general inquiries.
9. Global Data Synchronization Network - When required, works closely with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) item attributes through OneWorldSync Portal. Perform new item upload and maintenance of existing items in the OneWorldSync Portal to meet GDSN requirements as outlined by existing and potential customers.
Additional Responsibilities not to exceed 30% of workload: Order Acknowledgement, Order Status Communication, Demand Management and Control, Order Fulfillment Process Improvement and Service Risks Mitigation.

Qualifications

About the Role
The primary responsibility for the maintenance technician is to safely keep the plant running, perform PMs on all manufacturing equipment, and perform new installs, etc.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Will need a comprehensive knowledge of safety rules, manufacturer recommendations, OSHA regulations and general work safety practices. Understand and follow without exception PPE requirements, safe electrical practices, Energy Isolation procedures, HMIS, and other plant safety requirements.
Work jointly with production team to ensure that equipment is in safe and efficient operational status at all times. Works individually and jointly with plant team members to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimum utilization and process capability.
Must be able to interpret and understand basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and functions.
Responsible for the maintenance of the spare parts crib in an orderly fashion with utilizing first in/first out methodology. Assist Maintenance Planner in assuring appropriate levels of inventory.
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels.
Must be a self-starting, inwardly motivated and proactive individual. Needs to be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision and follow up.
Must have the ability to handle stress and the pressures of multiple tasks, demanding schedules and deadlines, diverse personalities, and daily conflicts. Conflict resolution skills are vitally important.
Must utilize own personal basic tools and follow proper product safety measures when completing maintenance.
Work overtime as required, including to cover vacations.

About You
Two-year associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent experience base. Course work must have provided a solid base in plastics, plastic manufacturing equipment, machine tool, and power transmission equipment, rigging, hydraulics and pneumatics and electrical.

**Job Description**
The Plant Manager - ARP position directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant to achieve both the plant financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate, divisional, and business unit. + Works with direct reports to assure coordination of production activity and delivery schedules.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

About the Role
Directs the ARP NA Occupational, Health, Safety, and Environmental management system for the Plant. Is a key resource and drives the safety, fire, environmental, industrial hygiene, construction, training, and security elements. Works with and supports plant management in developing, implementing and monitoring the plant's overall OHSE system and initiatives
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Conducts periodic OHSE-related audits/inspections / analysis to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance, prepares action plans, and works with appropriate individuals to ensure successful completion.
Ensures critical risk assessments and job safety analysis are conducted. Follows up on all action items to ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken
Collaborates with appropriate department personnel to resolve identified hazards.
Reviews incident investigation reports. Works with appropriate plant staff to ensure investigation is complete and satisfactory. Enters final report into the corporate incident database.
Assists in monitoring contractors and construction activities to ensure safe work practices are being followed.
Chairs the monthly plant safety committee(s) and presents safety-related information both internally and externally using meetings, message boards, and other written / verbal communication methods as appropriate.
Identify or develop and implement programs to encourage, reward and recognize employee safe behavior, involvement, and commitment toward plant safety. Monitors the corporate and/or plant safety incentive programs.
Collaborates with appropriate department personnel to resolve identified hazards.
Maintains and updates pertinent information in Material Safety Data Sheet books and system located within the plant.
Acts as the liaison during external safety, fire and environmental audits, including OSHA inspections.
Maintains the OSHA 300 log and posts, annually, as required.
Maintains and oversees employee safety training in partnership with HR Manager and Plant Leadership team.
Coordinates onsite efforts with W/C carrier and Human Resources Manager.
Develops annual safety budget. Monitors spending to meet or exceed spending goals.
Works closely with the respective Regional Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Manager.
Responsible for internal (employees) and external (contractors, visitors, etc.) safety training. Identifies training requirements using regulatory guidelines and needs assessments. Designs, develops, and implements training in-house or identifies and contracts with external training resources. May present training, prepare designee(s) for presentation or use external resources.
Create the site OHSE strategy, based on feedback from corporate and identified site needs. Work with management team to assign responsibility for implementation of the site OHSE strategy.
Able to analyze incident reports, audit findings, employee reports to determine trends and focus areas for the site.
Tracks all plant training to ensure requirements are met. Maintains plant training documentation files. Prepares monthly training reports of employee participation.
Works with the Human Resources Manager to assist management team in the development and maintenance of job training programs that ensure the transfer of job knowledge and safe working practices.
Works with the site management team, front line supervisors, operators, and sister plants to implement improvements and best practices.
Active presence in the plant to help mentor, coach, and audit safe behaviors in the workplace.

Responsibilities
The Product Line Manager will aid in the development and execution of both short term and long-term strategies for assigned Amcor product lines. These positions will work closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing and Commercial Development to drive product line profitability and growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for quoting small and mid-size opportunities. Process custom request and provide guidance on stock business.
Gather information from Sales, Product Development, Operations, and market data to assist in the creation of new business proposals to gain profitable new business and retain current business at acceptable margins.

Responsible for safely operating a fork truck in a warehouse and around pedestrians, refilling designated materials, and moving finished goods and raw materials.

**About the Role**
The primary responsibility for the maintenance technician is to safely keep the plant running, perform PMs on all manufacturing equipment, and perform new installs, etc.
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities:**
+ Will need a comprehensive knowledge of safety rules, manufacturer recommendations, OSHA regulations and general work safety practices. Understand and follow without exception PPE requirements, safe electrical practices, Energy Isolation procedures, HMIS, and other plant safety requirements.
+ Work jointly with production team to ensure that equipment is in safe and efficient operational status at all times. Works individually and jointly with plant team members to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimum utilization and process capability.
+ Must be able to interpret and understand basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and functions.
+ Responsible for the maintenance of the spare parts crib in an orderly fashion with utilizing first in/first out methodology. Assist Maintenance Planner in assuring appropriate levels of inventory.
+ Must have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate to all levels.
+ Must be a self-starting, inwardly motivated and proactive individual. Needs to be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision and follow up.
+ Must have the ability to handle stress and the pressures of multiple tasks, demanding schedules and deadlines, diverse personalities, and daily conflicts. Conflict resolution skills are vitally important.
+ Must utilize own personal basic tools and follow proper product safety measures when completing maintenance.
+ Work overtime as required, including to cover vacations.
+ Evaluate our standard operation procedures and recommend improvement opportunities.

**Job Description**
**About the Role**
The primary function of the Machine Operator is to keep the Injection Stretch Blow Molding and/or Injection Molding lines running well and producing quality bottles.
**Accountabilities and** **Responsibilities:**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on ISBM/IM molds and machines. This includes cleaning the machine and the basement of the machine.
+ Start up and shut down molding equipment in a safe manner. Make mechanical and system adjustments to machines to correct quality issues in the bottles and process out defects.
+ Perform root cause analysis to determine true cause of machine issues.
+ Must be willing and able to document all adjustments and changes to machinery.
+ Perform quality checks on bottles per policy, documenting any and all issues in the quality system.
+ Perform or assist with mold changes as needed.
+ Respect Amcor Rigid Plastics' primary focus, that is to ensure the "Safety" of all co-workers, temporary workers, contractors, and visitors granted access to the plant. Adhere to all safety guidelines.
+ Must follow Amcor's policies and procedures to ensure quality standards, product safety and good manufacturing practices are maintained as per company standards.

**Capabilities**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Experience operating, processing and making some mechanical adjustments to Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) and/or Injection Molding (IM) machines preferred.
+ Ability to visually and mentally make priority decisions/judgment calls based on the situation at hand.
+ Able to effectively present information and to respond to questions from management.
+ Demonstrates strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills are required including the ability to present information and respond in a group environment.

**Compensation**
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $5,000 to $52,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $5,000 to $100,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.

**Job Description**
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities:**
+ To observe all safety rules/regulations and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Perform safety audits and/or observations. (CBT's and safety program)
+ Understands what machines and products are being manufactured.
+ Communicate with the quality technician from the previous shift and discuss all pertinent information regarding manufacturing issues (orders, machine issues, staffing...).
+ Perform first piece inspections, perform in-process inspections and perform final inspections.
+ Perform periodic inspections on production lines to ensure the products are within acceptable limits (weight, tolerances...). Contact operator and report any non-conforming issues.
+ Train operators on each machine to ensure clear understanding of quality standards.
+ Assist with new product launch qualification and other objectives as directed by quality supervisor/manager.
+ Ensure that shipping containers are packed according to customer specifications. Box counts.
+ Maintain calibration system. Update and maintain compliance.
+ Assists on machines/lines as required.
+ Coordinate with Production or other personnel in developing and taking necessary corrective action when non-conformances are discovered.
+ Communicate issues in analyzing Quality System performance using available data from statistical processes, audit information, etc.
+ Be attentive to inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and processes in need of improvement.
+ Assist quality supervisor/manager with the proper organization, retention, and maintenance of quality records.
+ Fill out NCRs as necessary.
+ Provide training and assistance to new employees.
+ Report non-compliance of policies to local management.
+ Be an active participant in Performance Improvement teams.
