Position Overview
As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully.

The Contracts Director is responsible for pre and post contract planning and review. Work with internal and external customers in both planning and execution of contract and bid requirements. Monitor wage determinations (WD) and distribute to pertinent personnel.
Record service contract reporting (SCR) data into sam.gov for applicable contracts.

Review RFQ documentation submitted to potential subcontractors/vendors. Assist with flowdowns.
Process PO’s and subsequent modifications.
Receive RFQ’s from vendors, assist in cost estimating and submit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Accountabilities / Responsibilities.

topical pharmaceutical products in accordance with Fleet R&D product development process with minimal
supervision from Innovation Manager.
• Assist with process development and scale-up batch manufacture.
• Keep accurate documentation of laboratory work, especially laboratory notebooks and other regulatory
documents, as needed.
• Generate SOPs as assigned by supervisor.
• Generate memoranda of inventions to cover novel findings and keep up-to-date with recent findings in OTC
and cosmetic product development.
• Provide guidance to Associate Scientists and Scientists in their daily experiments and troubleshooting.
• Act as the technical lead and effectively collaborate with other departments to coordinate product
development and improvement.
• Participate in meetings with Marketing to develop new product ideas and concepts.
• Evaluate competitors’ products and provide ideas for new and improved products.
• Adapt or modify experimental methods to achieve technical objectives.
• Participate in project team meetings and provide project updates when requested
• Generate formulation documents and formulation development reports with supporting data.

Essential Functions
* Subject matter expert in ingredient weigh-out
* Perform duties required to monitor, verify, break down and assemble batch kits.

Basic knowledge of lab set up in order to pull and properly handle samples for chemical, microbiological, retains and shelf life analysis of all dairy and non-dairy products. * Responsible for the daily cleanup and review of racking systems in the incubators and coolers. Also must set up racks before the lines start.
* Must maintain lab in a clean and organized fashion which includes removal of trash, consolidating and organizing supplies, wiping down counters, equipment and walls, sweeping, mopping, etc. prior to end of shift.

This is a broad-spectrum Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional position that provides technical and professional support services to operations staff, with guidance and direction from the Senior EHS Manager, and is an on-the-floor (high visibility/floor presence) position.
The Specialist will primarily oversee and maintain all environmental programs and compliance obligations for the site. This role will also be responsible for coordination of the Process Safety Management (PSM) program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and manage environmental permitting such that all required permits are in place, current, and properly managed.
* Serve as coordinator for the facility's Risk Management Program (RPM) and Process Safety Management (PSM) for Anhydrous Ammonia.
* Oversee all environmental regulatory programs for the plants, including but not limited to: air, stormwater, wastewater, boilers, water usage, energy usage, waste hauler permits, hazardous materials, hazardous waste disposal and tracking, universal waste disposal and tracking, spill prevention, control, and countermeasures (SPCC), recycling, sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas tracking, and Tier II / Form R reporting.
* Maintain a compliance calendar, and issue regular reports on the status of all environmental programs and permits.
* Identify opportunities to (1) optimize energy and water usage and (2) minimize waste, in accordance with Hood sustainability priorities and targets, and manage all aspects of tracking and special projects to that end.
* Update, maintain, and implement the provisions of the plant's Integrated Contingency Plan.
* Work with and become a representative on the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) for site location county.
* Give direction and training to all affected employees with regard to all environmental programs and permits.
* Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure that all environmental aspects, impacts, programs and permits are accepted and understood to be compliant.
* Other projects and duties in support of the EHS department, as needed.
Education and Experience:
* A BA/BS degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience is preferred.
* A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Experience in manufacturing setting preferred, food & beverage is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
* Displays knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulatory programs.
* Able to work with and give direction to all departments affected or impacted by EHS programs.
* Partners with Packaging, Processing, Quality, Sanitation, Warehouse, and other affected departments to ensure that EHS compliance obligations are aligned with Food Safety and GMP requirements.
* Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
* Seeks feedback to improve performance and exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills.
