Pros of working at NORC at the University of Chicago
Very good work life balance. People are helpful and cooperative. As a non-profit, most projects have an aim to serve public good, which give work a sense of purpose.
Cons of working at NORC at the University of Chicago
Bureaucratic at times; rendering the organization quite less agile compared to commercial sectors. Also the office coffee is terrible.
