Kevin Wheeler was named to lead the company’s water heating operations in the U. S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and India in September 2011. He has profit and loss responsibility for the 11 brands that make up this business unit. The unit’s operations include 13 facilities and more than 3,800 employees. Kevin was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of A. O. Smith’s U. S. Retail Water Heaters in May 2007, responsible for the company’s retail Strategic Business Unit including the Whirlpool, Kenmore, U.S. Craftmaster, and Reliance brands. He joined A. O. Smith as a regional sales manager for its Water Products Company division in 1994. He also served as Managing Director of the Company’s Veldhoven, the Netherlands, operation, and as Vice President-International, responsible for the company’s residential and commercial water heating business outside the United States and Canada. Prior to joining A. O. Smith, Wheeler held sales management positions with American Water Heater Company of Johnson City, Tenn., and Bradford-White Corporation, a water heater manufacturer headquartered in Ambler, Pa. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno with a Bachelor’s degree in finance.

He also served as its President from 2013 to August 2016. Mr. Mattes was the Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships at Violin Memory, a computer storage systems company, in 2013. He has also held various senior management positions with Hewlett-Packard Co., a computer technologies company. From 2008 to 2011 he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett Packard’s Enterprise Services for the Americas. From 2006 to 2008 he was Hewlett Packard’s Chief Sales Officer for the Enterprise Business. Mr. Mattes spent the first 20 years of his career (between 1985 and 2005) at Siemens, holding a variety of senior leadership positions. These culminated in his role as chief executive officer of Siemens Communications Inc., USA, in Boca Raton, Florida. He received his Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration from Ludwig Maximilan University.

Mark Sheahan is a Chief Financial Officer at GRACO INC and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Bakker was named President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hubbell in June of 2019, after serving as President of the Power Systems group since 2014. During his tenure as COO, Mr. Bakker introduced a new operating rhythm to the enterprise while executing on Hubbell’s strategic initiatives and partnering closely with Mr. Nord to guide Hubbell through the COVID-19 pandemic. As President of Power Systems, Mr. Bakker oversaw a multi-year period of strong performance, building an industry-leading electrical T&D components business and leading many key acquisitions, including Aclara, in 2018. Mr. Bakker began his career with Hubbell Incorporated in 1988 as a manufacturing engineer with Hubbell Wiring Systems and has held positions of increasing leadership around the world in both Hubbell’s utility and electrical segments.

Mr. Glassman was appointed the Company's Chairman of the Board in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He previously served the Company as President from 2013 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2015, Executive Vice President from 2002 until 2013, President - Residential Furnishings from 1999 to 2006, Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2002, and in various other capacities since 1982. Mr. Glassman holds a degree in business management and finance from California State University-Long Beach. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2002.

Mr. Duda has served as Methode’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2004 and Methode’s President and Board member since 2001. Mr. Duda joined the Company in March 2000 and served as its Vice President of Interconnect Products Group. Prior to his service at Methode, Mr. Duda held several positions with Amphenol Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic connectors, most recently as General Manager of its Fiber Optic Products Division from 1988 through November 1998.
