Provides research and background information to facilitate administration and delivery of employee benefits. Directs the maintenance and processing of confidential employee records and files. Strong generalist knowledge across HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, disability, and workers' compensation. Experience with payroll and personnel processes in a complex environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively with diverse groups. Proficiency with HRIS, digital tools, and office software. Preferred Certifications (not required): PHR, SPHR SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Compensation: The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000.
