What You Will Do at Graco Participate in new product development as a member of a design team by: Applying your engineering skills to solve problems Helping with design analysis and root cause testing Running tests to optimize performance Contributing to electrical hardware and software design Participate in the standard product team by: Applying your engineering skills to solve problems Determine root cause of failures in the field Develop, qualify, and implement solutions to problems Consult with electrical manufacturers to resolve product issues Troubleshoot issues on existing standard products Create and execute product qualification plans Interact daily on-site with team, including lab work, project meetings, and design discussions Conduct analysis of Graco and competitive products What You Will Bring to Graco Pursuing BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering Strong working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs initiative to learn industry and project requirements Accelerators Experience with various programming languages such as C, C+, and Python. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience.
