Share knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, liquors and liqueurs, and maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes Properly open, pour and handle alcoholic beverages and use appropriate bar tools to perform various drink making techniques including stirring, shaking, mixing, blending and layering Record and process Guest orders accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), handling cash and other forms of payment. Set up and break down bars and understand bar sanitation and cleaning guidelines. Be responsible for following Responsible Vendor Procedures as well as all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards for Food & Beverage Service.
