JOB OVERVIEW
The General Manager (GM) is the clear link between the Bloomingdale's brand vision and how it comes to life in the store. The GM is a local business owner with a shopkeeper mindset responsible for making things happen, effectively driving business priorities to achieve financial results in the respective Store. The GM recognizes the changing market dynamics and will lead by example, dreams big, is intellectually curious and skilled at influencing others. The GM is a floor-present leader who is responsible for leading and developing the Stores' teams. QUALIFICATIONS
We encourage candidates with either a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.

Designated Selling Associate - Knot Standard - Roosevelt Field
The ideal SKIMS store support is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. A day in a Life… * Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and maintain visual standard of the SKIMS shop
* Owner of organization and SKIMS visual standards in the shop in shop
* Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks & nesting tables are full and neat at all times.
* Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained.
* Monitor backstock to keep key items filled in at all times and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low
* Responsible for running a replenishment stock list for inventory needs; then escalate needs monthly using provided template.
* Ensure product is constantly filled in throughout the day.
* Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
* Provide general support to the department, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures
