Norman Noble company history timeline

1970

With 2,241 residents in 1970, Noble became a "bedroom" community for Norman and Oklahoma City.

1986

Annually in May Noble hosts the Rose Rock Festival, and in 1986 a rose rock museum was established.

1988

Bonnie Speer, Cleveland County: Pride of the Promised Land: An Illustrated History (Norman, Okla.: Traditional Publishers, 1988).

1992

In 1992 the Thunder Valley Raceway Park opened, providing drag-racing entertainment.
