What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership.
Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies.
Participates in local branch events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks.
Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products.
Refer Members to other applicable lines of business (i.e., Travel & Financial Services) as deemed appropriate.

Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
Active State Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire

Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a growing produce warehouse in Brooklyn, MI, seeking dependable and detail-oriented Produce Warehouse Associates to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on sorting, inspecting, and packaging produce in a team-oriented, temperature-controlled, and exceptionally clean environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a respectful, team-focused attitude.
They are current working Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p, with some overtime available. Pay rate starts at $15/hr. with raises available at 90 days. This is a long term opportunity with internal growth available!

Administrative Manager of Clinic Operations
Coldwater, MI
The Director of Clinic Operations oversees regulatory and budgetary compliance. Facilitates patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Responsible for making certain patient treatments are complying with internal policies, system policies, clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Interacts with all hospital departments, insurance carriers, regulatory groups, physician offices (both private and hospital owned) and other hospitals.
Duties:
Conducts practice site visits to observe and assess practice operations, addressing operational, financial and billing issues with office staff and physicians to ensure effective and efficient operations (35%).
Manages start-up of physician practices in locations of strategic regional importance, as determined by collaboration with leadership. Participates in physician recruitment/retention (20%).
Reviews monthly Profit & Loss statements for each practice site, as well as other monthly reports to measure practice activities and effectiveness (20%).
Assists the President with various special projects designed toward supporting and achieving corporate goals and objectives (10%).
Assists with development, implementation and compliance of practice policies, procedures, goals and objectives (10%).
Performs other duties as assigned (5%).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Skills: High level of analytical skills. Flexibility with critical thinking skills. Good organizational and communication skills.
Years of Experience: Five years of supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements:
Work is sedentary and light.
