EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. * 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a union environment preferred. * 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. * TPM knowledge / Green Belt Six Sigma preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to work rotating shifts including occasional weekends. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time, work in a confined environment, duck under conveyors, frequently climb stairs, and walk up to (but not limited to) 5 miles per day. * Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on an infrequent basis. * The environment is not climate controlled.
