Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and deploying server-side GIS technologies within enterprise IT environments. Experience with Esri's Utility Network extension. Familiarity with underground utility systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as record engineering drawings, to independently solve problems and perform analyses. Required Education • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
