Your Work Schedule
Monday-Friday (40 Hours)
Your Role as a Assistant Office Manager
As an AOM, you'll support the overall operations of the practice by handling administrative, financial, and staff-related tasks, often under the guidance of a dental office manager. This includes managing patient records and scheduling, handling insurance claims, ordering supplies, and helping with human resources functions like staff scheduling and training.
Key Responsibilities
Motivated and proficient at problem-solving so that office revenue goals are met by managing tasks such as scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to form great relationships with our team
Be a leader, guiding our team to success in a fast-paced and energetic work atmosphere
Supervise and communicate proficiently to ensure efficiency within practice while also maintaining our values and good morale, showing our patients who we truly are
Strong dedication to accurately completing administrative functions such as financial review, compliance standards, and end of the day reporting
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience
Experience managing in dental or another fast-paced, highly interactive customer service atmosphere
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance preferred

Your Role as a Hygiene Assistant
As a Hygiene Assistant, you'll collaborate with our practice team to provide outstanding clinical support, ensuring patients receive the care they need. You'll prepare patients for treatment, assist the hygienist/dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patients visit
Ability to record and review patients' health history, make chart entries under the direction of the Doctor or hygienist, and assures completion of all necessary forms and signatures needed
Educate patients on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach
What You'll Need to Succeed
Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.
1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).
Current CPR certification.
