This position will provide technical support to manufacturing to ensure less downtime, greater efficiencies and provide Perventitive Maintenance support. > Plans and directs the work of the Assembly Technicians in order to reduce assembly equipment downtime, improve processes, and increase productivity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Supervises, assigns work, and prepares work schedules for all of the assembly department technicians 2. Creates, submits, and maintains plant side budget for assembly departments, including Capital Budget requests for assembly department improvements 3.
