The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities and personnel of the shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments within the plant. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Your Priorities * Leads and oversees the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of all finished product and purchased materials in accordance to company policies and procedures. * Supervises the departmental personnel in their daily activities, schedules their workload, and ensures their compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures. * Oversees and ensures the timely shipment of all finished product or other materials, and the accurate completion of all required documentation. * Requisitions any tools, equipment or supplies as needed for the function of this department. * Monitors departmental safety on a continual basis, and holds monthly employee safety meetings. * Assists in the training and development of departmental personnel. Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 Requirements Your Background Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Your Priorities * Participates in activities required to build prototype and pre-production sample parts. * Assists with confirmation trials of assembly equipment. * Provides technical support for equipment installation, set-up, and troubleshooting. * Organizes and maintains an inventory of components and equipment needed for prototype builds. * Prepares, summarizes, and reports trial data for manufacturing and engineering groups. * Supervises and coordinates the work of hourly and temporary personnel in the prototype area. Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 Requirements Your Background High School diploma or GED, plus 5 years of technical work experience in assembly process in a manufacturing facility.
