Power Drive - Dyno Test Stand Operator Job Overview: Test Stand Operator - The individual will be attaching all necessary tooling needed on a transmission to make it capable of running on the test stand. They will be using a hoist to lift and move transmissions on and off the test stand. When attached to the test stand pressure hoses will be need plugged in and oil added to the transmission. While the unit is on the stand the operator will be checking for abnormal noise, vibration, leaks, and they will be prompted by the computer to perform shifts and other steps. They will verify the unit passes all steps being checked by the computer. Units that pass will be warm and the individual will then remove all tooling from transmission and plug openings with plastic plugs and metal plugs that will be torqued using a torque wrench. Finally, the individual will use cleaner and compressed air to clean all oil off unit. Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Overtime available Qualifications The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
