Day (United States of America) Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Manager shall identify, develop, implement and monitor clinical pharmacy programs for his/her respective WellStar Hospital. They will supervise the pharmacy clinical pharmacists, PGY-1 residents, and clinical dietitians in matters pertaining to clinical pharmacy practice. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will assist to coordinate the clinical pharmacy activities/reports/programs for the WHS Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee; develop clinical strategies to improve therapy outcomes while reducing costs; develop and implement educational/instructional programs to train pharmacy personnel in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice; and provide training and educational opportunities to enhance the clinical knowledge of pharmacy personnel. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will comply with the policies and procedures established by the WHS, federal, state and local laws governing the practice of pharmacy, and the rules and standards established by the regulatory agencies (e.g., TJC, Medicare, etc) involved in provision of health care. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Clinical Pharmacy Management * Coordinate and supervise the clinical pharmacy program for his/her respective WellStar Hospital. * Responsible for the day to day clinical pharmacy operations. * Develop and implement new clinical pharmacy programs to enhance patient care. * Develop and implement a program to train/educate pharmacists in clinical pharmacy practice including, but not limited to, nutritional support, anticoagulation management, and pharmacokinetic dosing (aminoglycosides, vancomycin, renal dosing of medications primarily eliminated via the kidneys, etc.). * Supplement clinical functions during clinical pharmacist vacations, vacancies, increased patient load, etc. * Counsels or take disciplinary action as necessary when clinical pharmacy personnel violate established policies, procedures, rule, regulation or accepted standards. * Interview, hire and train clinical pharmacists and clinical dietitians as required within the Pharmacy Department. * Interface directly or through designated clinical pharmacist representatives with the Medical Staff on selected topics involving the WellStar Health System Pharmacy Department, e.g., Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Anesthesiology, Antimicrobial Stewardship, etc. * Provide or delegate responsibility for inservice education for pharmacy personnel, nursing and ancillary services as needed. * Assist or assign personnel to determining/reviewing adverse drug events (ADEs), including adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and Medication Errors. * Assist in preparing recommended therapeutic interchanges for use in the WellStar Health System during medication shortages. * Coordinate the clinical portion of the WellStar Health System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, including: developing and editing drug monographs, MUE data collection and summaries, clinical pharmacy guidelines/protocols, proposed therapeutic interchanges, documents involving clinical pharmacy practice for the WellStar Health System Assists DOP * Assist in developing clinical rules for the computer system purchased/adopted by the Pharmacy Department (may include clinical rules for CPOE software) * Review/assess software for use in the clinical pharmacy program for the WellStar Health System * Attend meetings with pharmaceutical representatives to discuss appropriate product use. * Ensure that the pharmacy is in clinical compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. * Adhere to and enforce the rules and regulations established by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy. * Assist the DOP in writing and implementing department and system policies and procedures pertaining to clinical pharmacy practice. * Develop and administer a pharmacotherapeutic strategic plan to reduce costs and provide quality care. * Monitor expenses to identify deficiencies or excesses. * Assist the DOP in preparing the annual operating and capital budgets. * Educate facility clinical staff on appropriate utilization of medications. * Assume responsibility and work independently on special projects as assigned by the DOP or WellStar Senior Management. Reviews, collects, and evaluates relevant clinical data. Performs pediatric through geriatric general and critical care to include intubation and airway maintenance.

Attends high-risk deliveries to assess and stabilize the neonate. Assesses and manages airway patency, intubation, suctioning, oxygenation and ventilation.
Attends neonatal through geriatric resuscitations and manages the airway, ventilation, and oxygenation during CPR.
Assists with special procedures such as tracheotomy, thoracentesis, chest tube and arterial line insertion.
Assesses patient, their need and ability to tolerate treatment and reassesses for response to treatment. Formulates an appropriate Respiratory Care plan based upon patient assessment.
Communicates changes in the Respiratory Care plan with other healthcare team members.
Formulates a teaching plan based on identified learning needs of a patient and evaluates effectiveness of learning, including patient's family in teaching as appropriate.
Performs fundamental and advanced diagnostic procedures on neonates through geriatric, as appropriate, such as complete pulmonary function, bronchoscopy assist, conscious sedation monitoring, oximetry, capnography, EKGs and Holter monitors.
Performs arterial punctures, arterial line sampling, and heel sticks for blood gas sampling.
Maintains clinical and professional competency based upon established standards of practice.
Assembles, checks, and corrects malfunctions and performs quality controls on Cardiopulmonary equipment to include blood gas analyzers.
Documents all pertinent data on the patient's medical record following completion of any service. Maintains a thorough knowledge of all department forms, flow charts, logbooks and their proper usage.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the differences in techniques and treatment modalities performed on patients of varying ages from neonate to geriatric.

What You'll Need to be Successful
Preferred - Board certified ASP, OHST, CSP, QEP, CIH or other recognized certification/diplomas AND Technical/Management expertise in the areas of Human Operation Performance (HOP), Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Machine Guarding, Behavior Based Safety (BBS), ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EHS related systems are preferred.
Five years working experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment. Experience in conducting incident investigation, hazard analysis/assessments, and problem solving.
Good working knowledge of regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA fire codes, ANSI standards, etc.). Strong orientation toward data and financial analysis. Familiar with Lean and Quality Management techniques and systems

Impact
Join a mission-critical engineering team supporting DOE and national security programs at SRNS. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in integrating engineering activities, managing execution of assigned scopes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget-while meeting rigorous nuclear and DOE standards.
This role directly supports the successful delivery of high-visibility engineering initiatives across the Savannah River Site.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide engineering staff augmentation support to SRNS
Integrate and manage engineering activities for assigned projects, including:
Design criteria development
Resource forecasting
Schedule development and prioritization
Manage engineering tasks to ensure delivery against approved cost and schedule baselines
Apply project management tools and methods to support current and future projects
Provide engineering leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
Manage engineering administration, document control, project controls, and quality engineering activities
Resolve conflicts between project direction and functional technical direction
Establish and manage engineering baselines for assigned projects and work requests
Evaluate project cost and schedule variances and implement corrective actions
Review subcontractor deliverables to ensure technical, cost, and schedule compliance
Support EVMS-based project execution and reporting
Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering, operations, QA, facility, and management personnel
Mentor junior engineers and support development of engineering capability
Minimum Qualifications
Education

The Houseman cleans and maintains all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. He/she will provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. He/she delivers and retrieves items requested by guests and Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Check assigned floor closets and complete linen requisition to replenish linen supplies.
Stock linen carts with linen and supplies. Transport linen carts to appropriate floor closets and stock according to diagram.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas.
Remove all dirty linen from assigned Room Attendant's carts and closets and place in laundry chute.
Remove all dirty glassware from assigned Room Attendants' carts and closets.
Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment:
guest room floor corridors
floor closets
service corridors
elevators, tracks and landings
guest laundry room
guest vending areas
stairwells
Wipe down all surfaces of vending machines, ice machines, laundry machines/counters/shelves.
Ensure that nothing is stored in stairwells.
Check under furniture for debris and remove if present.
Remove dust, spots and smears from windows, frames and ledges; wash windows as assigned.
Inspect condition of planters and plants; remove debris, polish planters.
Remove dust, dirt, marks and fingerprints from doors and door frames.
Remove stains, scuff marks, and dust from baseboards, ledges and corners.
Empty trash containers in public areas.
Remove trash, debris and cobwebs from balconies.
Empty vacuum cleaner bags, replace and clean machines.
Provide timely delivery of any items requested by guests. Retrieve items from guest rooms and return to proper storage areas.
Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
Turn over any lost and found items to the Supervisor.
Ensure security of guest room access and hotel property.
Make up cribs and rollaway beds; transport to designated rooms.
Stock Housekeeping department supplies.
Assist Lobby Attendant as assigned.
