Job Description
The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of the overall programs which work with persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis, medical needs and/or persons on the Autism Spectrum. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
Hours:
Full-time organizational position (may be part-time within any given home). The OPD's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, individual, and staff needs.
The OPD is on-call at all times; unless prior arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive emergency calls.
OPD's are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their programs are filled by staff who have met Dungarvin conditions of employment and have been adequately oriented and trained to perform their jobs. Occasionally, OPD's will find it necessary to work direct service shifts, but such work should normally not exceed 16 hours per week. If an OPD finds it is necessary to work more than 16 hours of direct service in any work week, he/she must notify his/her supervisor in advance, in accordance with Dungarvin Policy A-02: WAGE AND SALARY DETERMINATION. If notification cannot be made in advance, the OPD is expected to notify his/her supervisor as soon as possible. If schedule adjustment is necessary, arrangements should be made with the director.
Qualifications

Position Summary: The Youth Peer Specialist supports youth during their transition from residential treatment. This position works collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement a detailed care plan that supports the youth during their transition from discharge to placement. This integral role serves as a champion and advocate to the youth, by supporting the goals, objectives, and progress in the youth's care plan; empowers and educates youth to advocate for themselves long term.
Primary responsibilities:

* Meets with youth one on one who are ready for discharge from their high-end treatment facility; works to develop trust and rapport with the youth, demonstrating the ability to listen intently and learn about the youth's history and past.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, participate in the on-call rotation with additional hours as needed to support the needs of the home- this can include evenings and weekends.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the therapeutic service plan of clients by providing guidance, assistance, and direction to staff who are implementing these interventions to clients.

Approach all client and staff interactions from a trauma informed care perspective

Participate in on-call rotation
Develop transition support plans for youth in collaboration with youth support team
Lead the bi-weekly care team meetings for each youth
Ensure staff are completing required documentation on the electronic health record and adhering to all policies while providing trauma-informed care to clients
Lead team meetings and hold staff accountable to attending meetings
Attending meetings at the home office and communicate all agency initiatives to team members at the home.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social services related field
5 years of experience in children's or adult mental health services in a residential or shelter setting
Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain “qualified” status.
If using your own vehicle for company business, you must have a current valid driver's license and must have insurance as required by state law.

The Senior Medical Director serves as the primary conduit for communication and operational alignment between the Chief Medical Officer and Site Medical Directors, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into consistent site-level practice. This leadership role will directly supervise site Medical Directors within the assigned region, guiding staff performance, patient access, provider utilization, supporting policy & procedure development and directing implementation by ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the region, and performing related duties as required.
As the Senior Medical Director you will:
Provide and support physician Leadership - Supervise site medical directors, within the assigned region
Practice and guide Patient First value of the organization through ensuring exceptional Patient Care and providing expert Clinical Leadership
Exceed quality of care measures to promote the best health and safety of patients
Promote a culture of learning, clinical support and exceptional communication
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Doctorate (MD or DO)
* DEA Certificate
* At least 7 years of physician experience in a health care facility
* At least 3 years of addiction related medical practice
* Experience serving as a Medical Director across multiple clinical sites.
* Proven leadership overseeing providers at each site, with direct supervisory responsibilities.
* Previous direct supervision experience of a team of 10 or more MDs/NPs, concurrently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of associates and customers.
* Pursuing license to practice medicine in state(s) of oversight
* Board certification in any ACGME specialty.
* American Board of Preventive Medicine (addiction) certification
* Current BLS certification.
* Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Current license to practice medicine in state(s) of oversight
* Previous direct supervision experience of a team of 25 or more MDs/NPs, concurrently.
* Several years of hospital-based experience
