Assign fully screened agency staff to clients as directed by the care plan and service request. Assure employees receive complete and accurate directions and information about client needs. Notify client of staffing changes and monitor employee performance in areas of dependability, responsiveness, timeliness, and client concerns. Respect Patient Bill of Rights.
