North Central operates the largest 988 Call Center in Ohio. People struggling with mental health crises can call 988, a new, national hotline number focused on providing lifesaving suicide prevention and crisis services. The 988 network is made up of over 200 call centers nationwide receiving calls, chats and texts from people in crisis connecting callers with specialists trained to assist with mental health crises, including psychotic symptoms and substance abuse. This is non-exempt, full-time position reporting to the Suicide Prevention Services Director. Work week availability is required 7-days, Sunday through Saturday. Shifts will be completed on site at the rate of $26 hourly. 2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Key Functions Provide assistance to Program Director to coordinate and administrate an effective Suicide Prevention Program consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the company. Participate in suicide prevention information systems for program evaluation and reporting. Work collaboratively with the Program Director to ensure training is updated, encompasses the mission of both the 988 and the suicide prevention programs and supports best practices. Maintain compliance with all standards required for all regulating and accrediting bodies, inclusive of policies, procedures, required training and quality assurance standards. Ensure shift coverage of the call center through scheduling and cooperative coordination with the Program Director. Provide training for 988 employees and volunteers. Work cooperatively with the IT department to report technical issues and assist to ensure technology is meeting program needs. Provide assistance to coordinate suicide prevention services with other providers, complete agency service plan goals and objectives, consultation, education and awareness presentation for community agencies and groups, maintain statistical data, prepare reports and develop or revise program materials with the Program Director. Provide supervision and support for 988 Call Center staff and volunteers, inclusive of training, scheduling, completing reports, time records and performance reviews. Attend and answer incoming direct or indirect calls to ensure call volume is answered at or above 90% within 20 seconds or less and assist callers by providing short-term crisis intervention and referral, regain control of their lives and find alternatives to suicide. Silent monitor calls for quality assurance and coaching opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Licensed LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or IMFT preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of previous, demonstrated, employee management experience required. This is a large and busy Radiation Oncology department located in two locations within the hospital and requires a therapist to be on call for add on or urgent cases. Call is rotated on a weekly basis among the 11 therapists. The department consists of three Linear Accelerators and two CTs. They also provide High Dose Rate Brachytherapy in the department. Delivers radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Assess treatment histories to create psycho-social evaluations. Provide counseling services, including routine re-assessments. Conduct periodic reviews of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), making updates when necessary. Maintain outpatient appointment schedules efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, at minimum; LSW, LPC or MFT credentialing - $33 hourly; LISW, LPCC or IMFT credentialing - $35 hourly; Prior experience working with serious mental illness or substance use disorders; Proven track record of performing clinical evaluations; Provide a minimum of 1,248 patient service hours annually (104/month); Fulfillment of company credentialing requirements; Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and excellent driving record are required; and Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory Background and reference checks will be conducted.
