The Freezer Order Picker is responsible for packing, pulling, replenishing, and taking the inventory of all frozen material allocated to our freezer. They operate hand and power equipment for material handling to accommodate storage of products within the freezer, including a rider reach, forklifts, power pallet jacks and scan gun system.
The Freezer Order Picker ensures product is properly rotated, maintaining a clean and organized department. They guarantee the accuracy of inventory and picked orders before they are shipped out and assist with the monthly inventory count.
This position reports to the Operations Manager.

The Warehouse Worker in Chatham is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all products that are received and/or shipped out of a specific location during the assigned shift.
During their shift, the Warehouse Worker will assist with three main functions of the department: receiving, inventory control and cooler operations and shipping. They will work to company guidelines with respect to quality control, safety, and standard operating procedures to execute an accurate and on-time shipping and receiving function under the direction of the location Manager.
This position reports to the location Manager in Chatham.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with the flow of goods; shipping and receiving of product
Obtain and process product orders (shellfish mostly)
Receive, register and distribute product received by the warehouse
Maintain the company stockroom/cooler through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items
Assist with the logistic planning of product to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items
Record keeping of goods shipped and received
Ensure that the right products are delivered to that right location, on time
Assist with local pick-up and delivery of products
Assist with the assurance that quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction are met
Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of coolers and warehouse orders
Tracking and reporting to leadership: back-orders short-list items, and unfulfilled orders
Requirements

Experience in shellfish/seafood, a plus

JOB SUMMARY
This position serves our customers by hand-building pallets of product and loading product onto trailers according to established company and customer standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reads pick sheets and travel to proper warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
Picks proper product type and quantity, labels products and places on a pallet and loads the pallet on trucks according to proper zone, location, and established standards.

Job Summary:
A Warehouse Operator is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within a warehouse environment. This role involves operating machinery, managing inventory, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and packing lists.
Storage & Organization: Store goods in designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
Order Picking and Shipping: Accurately pick products for shipment according to customer or internal orders and requirements from other departments.
Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, update inventory records, and report discrepancies.
Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, adhere to company policies, and comply with regulatory standards.
General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center (preferred).
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
May involve standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.
Requires adherence to safety regulations and use of protective gear.
Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, may be required.
