This role involves collaborating with various technical teams to onboard applications to self-service tools for middleware and databases. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of tools and technologies such as DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft .NET, Java, SQL Server, AWS, and Power BI to support vendor applications. Vendor Application Support: Provide technical support for existing vendor applications, ensuring they are effectively onboarded to self-service tools for middleware and databases. Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with DBAs, middleware admins, and other technical teams to facilitate the onboarding process and perform necessary technical actions. Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines. Project management certifications like PMP are a plus. Technical and Delivery Leadership: Demonstrate leadership in both technical and delivery aspects, guiding teams and ensuring project success. Qualifications: Proven experience in a technical delivery or project management role. Strong technical background with expertise in DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft .NET, Java, SQL Server, AWS, and Power BI. Experience in supporting vendor applications and working with middleware and databases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable. Ability to lead and manage technical projects effectively.
