Essential Responsibilities and Target Outcomes Provides fiduciary leadership by directing and coordinating the agency's financial affairs according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, state single audit guidelines and other government regulations. Through staff, directs activities concerned with safekeeping, control, and accounting for assets.
