Residents
Extremely toxic environment, Selfish , abusive, racist co worker, dismissive management, set up to fail from day 1, you have to beg for basic tools to do your job, if you are not in the clique expect to be pushed out and have ur job changed daily even if it’s not in job description
Getting to help residents each day , they were always friendly and welcoming, unfortunately it’s not enough to keep good hard working people there
The residence’s are so very nice and most co workers are great to work with
Job description is not what you are doing, management is not at all good, they do not follow thru if someone complains and there are a few that are bullies. I would not recommend working there
