We hold Advanced Certification in Total Hip and Knee Joint Replacement through The Joint Commission and are actively pursuing Advanced Certification for Spine Surgery. Supportive Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:5 on days, 1:6 on nights, with dedicated techs for patient support and charge nurses who are not in staffing. Our nurses work directly with 40+ orthopedic surgeons and their residents, playing an integral role in shaping patient care plans and policies. About the Role As a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), you'll serve as a frontline advocate and expert clinician for individuals impacted by sexual violence. In this on-call position, you will respond to cases requiring specialized forensic examination and emotional support, ensuring survivors receive the highest standard of care-both medically and legally. You'll work autonomously while being backed by a compassionate, multidisciplinary team committed to dignity, healing, and justice.
