Treatment Team Leaders provide training and ongoing supervision to clinical therapists who facilitate treatment within the Treatment Team Leader's assigned unit. In addition, Treatment Team Leaders facilitate treatment for individuals who have engaged in sexual offense conduct. These staff members also assist in the evaluation of participants for program progression and graduation. Treatment Team Leaders are essential to the treatment program's ultimate goal of ending sexual violence, or “No More Victims.” An ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a human service-related field (e.g., social work, psychology, mental health counseling). Candidates must be independently licensed (e.g., LICSW, LMHC). Ideal candidates are conscientious, organized, intellectually curious, excellent team players, maintain strong boundaries, adept at clinical case conceptualization, and possess excellent clinical writing skills. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment with challenging clinical cases are especially well-suited for this position. Although this position requires independent licensure, Unit Directors attend clinical supervision; candidates should be open to the clinical supervision process, as well as receptive and willing to implement feedback.
