Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot, inspect, adjust, and repair automated machines, process systems, and robotic systems to ensure they are working properly and safely.
Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time.
Perform bench work in repairing and maintaining production equipment and spare part assemblies.
Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts. May be required to train fellow tradesmen.
Must be able to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays as required.

Basic Requirements
Associate degree in Mechanical Technology is preferred or equivalent job experience. Must pass the skilled trades assessment test for this position.
Must have some knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting including power transmission, fluid power, and pneumatics.
Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures and prints. Ability to design and execute from verbal instructions.
Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
Must possess good mechanical aptitude and have the ability to work on close tolerance equipment and/or parts.
Ability to use various measuring devices (torque wrench, micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators etc.) Must be able to use math to calculate dimensions and determine equipment setups.
Ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts preferred. Ability to operate basic shop equipment (hoist, forklift, scissor lift, etc.) preferred.

Position Summary
Division programs leadership role for a large division (annual sales of $650 million+). Responsibilities
Meeting with all work organizations to resolve variances to scheduled activities and prioritization of work activities based on the equipment impact.
Coordination and scheduling of activities to minimize the plant risk, out of service time for critical equipment, and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for the station.
Directs the development and implementation of the scheduling process, including resolving schedule conflicts.
Responsible to site management for providing schedule performance information, developing plans for schedule implementations and updates as required.
Responsible for directing work week status meetings with maintenance, modifications, operations, and support organizations to direct the implementation of the work schedule.
Ensure schedules for on-line are developed in accordance with Perry requirements and standards.
Work closely with the on-duty Shift Manager to ensure the work weeks is executed as planned and emergent/short cycle work is implemented as required to support plant priorities.
Track and Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment/system out of service time and/or Technical Specification Action Conditions.
Coordinate and schedule activities per station procedures to minimize plant risk.
Interface with other work groups to identify and collect necessary information in support of schedule quality.
Communicate the schedule with the station through Work Management meetings and/or any other communication tools to ensure a successful schedule implementation.
Directs the development and approves plan-of-the-day (POD) agenda material.
Candidate will be required to fill Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and Third Hat position outside of daily activities
Education / Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or related technical field (preferred).
5+ years nuclear power experience with at least 4 years cumulative commercial nuclear industry experience in scheduling management, project management, operations, maintenance, project controls or engineering.
2+ years of experience must have been in positions of increasing responsibility.
Current or previous Senior/Reactor Operations License or BWR - Plant Management Certification.
Full understanding of the INPO Work Control Process for on-line and/or outage work management (AP-913 and 928).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience with PRA/Maximo/P6 or similar scheduling software a plus.
Knowledgeable of business practices and project management practices.
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to some of the skills listed above.

I am looking for rubber press operators at a Middlefield plant. I am looking for a person that can stand at a rubber press machine for an 8 hour shift. The operator will hand load the materials into the machine and remove them once cured. The operator must be able to visually inspect the finished parts. Some parts can be small and require a delicate touch.
I am looking for people for the night shift 11pm-7am and 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday.
The pay is $16 per hour with unlimited overtime.
