About this position The Resource Educator is an education and training expert in activities designed to develop or maintain team member competence in assigned areas. The activities include orientation and ongoing staff development and may include education and training related to the care of neonates, infants, pediatrics, young adults, adults, and older adults. The Resource Educator will interact with a diverse workforce and use educational techniques with sensitivity to cultural, age and gender diversity. This is accomplished though collaboration with management and assigned resources within areas providing direct customer care. The educator acts as a liaison between the Education Department and the services being supported Candidates must be able to travel to our locations throughout MN and WI. About this position The Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) provides services to customers and their families to help them adjust to physical or mental illness, injury or hospitalization. This position is responsible for providing and overseeing quality diagnostic imaging and patient care services as well as serving as the primary steward of the EPIC Breast Care Summary and overseeing all coordination that relates to the Breast Center and breast imaging. Uses care in accurately documenting all pertinent information on necessary forms and in the EMR. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring efficient and effective operation of the daily activities within specific modality(s) and Radiology as directed, as well as preparing for and meeting all regulatory and quality requirements including ACR renewal and MQSA inspection. Under supervision of the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, collectively responsible for execution of the daily operation of the Diagnostic Imaging department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform imaging procedures at a technical level requiring minimal supervision. * Assist radiologist as necessary * Partner with other lead technologists to proactively identify and solve problems * Serve as patient guide for all breast biopsies and localization procedures * Proactively identifies and solves problems in workflow 2.
