Responsibilities
* Prepare weekly Senior Credit Committee distribution package, including completion of Agenda and Minutes. Prepare Minutes for quarterly Loan Portfolio Review meeting.
* Spread a variety of financial statements and prepare cash flow analyses.
* Assist Credit Analysts in the analysis process, including obtaining industry information, providing spreads and cash flow tables, and other support.
* Train with an assigned Senior Credit Analyst to further develop skillset.
* Under the guidance of assigned Senior Credit Analyst, analyze financial statements and provide interpretative analysis for use in loan decision making. May be assigned underwriting for renewals, modifications, or new money requests.
* Underwrite existing credits as part of the Bank's routine portfolio monitoring. This includes mortgage and investment reviews as well as support of the annual portfolio monitoring reports presented to Senior Management, the Board, and other Bank Committees.
