Deliver engaging, interactive instruction using GED curriculum resources. Apply differentiation, small group strategies, and problem-solving approaches. Track student attendance and maintain necessary records and documentation. Provide constructive feedback to support student progress and academic achievement. Model and encourage strong work habits such as punctuality, cooperation, and professionalism. Participate in professional development to remain current in the field. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (experience may substitute for degree in some cases). Preferred Experience & Skills: Strong background in ESL, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, or Math; K-12 teaching experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Energetic team player committed to positively impacting adult learners and the community. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations. Must pass a background check and maintain a valid Kansas driver's license.
