Job Description Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) | Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) Department: Behavioral Medicine - Goldman Clinic IOP Job Type: Full Time | Exempt Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range: $27.34 to $30.39 per hour Overview The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is seeking a full-time LPC or LCADC to join our Goldman Clinic, one of Philadelphia's oldest and largest outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs. The Goldman Clinic provides comprehensive outpatient, intensive outpatient (CAP IOP), and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, including methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol. Services are delivered in a structured, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment, with specialized programming for Spanish-speaking participants. This role is ideal for counselors who want consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a well-established outpatient treatment setting. Discharge Planning * Develop discharge plans that support continued recovery and connect clients to appropriate aftercare services. * Collaborate with referral sources to ensure smooth transitions post-treatment. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in social or health services field from an accredited college or university; CADC preferred. * Minimum four years' counseling experience, including at least one year in SUD.
