Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes. Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company. Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP's daily huddles within their center Leadership rounding with the PCPs (reduced involvement of market clinical leader) Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive continued improvement of center financial performance, and helping increase center membership Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion. Working knowledge of Allen Bradley, Icom software programs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems desirable. Familiar with AutoCad and capable of drawing schematics. Standard control system wiring practices and control sensing devices such as proximity sensors, photo eyes, etc. Other duties may be assigned. #LI-UW1 Qualifications: Must join electrical union.
