Directly responsible for management of data specialists including clinical standard of care and research positions. Reconciles contracted rates for BMT/CAR-T with billing data to ensure optimal reimbursement. Assists with policy management, tracking educational requirements for FACT accreditation. Designs, Implements, and measures processes that supports system-wide goals and objectives related to revenue growth. Works with cross functional teams in Seidman, IT and Revenue Cycle, to implement strategies to enhance revenue growth. Promotes interdepartmental and cross functional collaboration and integration. Assists with audits and reporting mechanisms that assure compliance with state, federal and accrediting agencies. Participates in the design of new laboratories both on campus and at out reach offices. Experience in cardiac ultrasound diagnostic in children with complex congenital heart disease, exercise physiology and Holter studies preferred.
