Decent location, many clients, reliable work.
Mostly everything else. Bad management, exclusive hiring opportunities for only close relatives and friends. Poor structure of day to day flow. Kind and hard working employees are mistreated and their ethics, abused. I have worked at several Department stores and retail environments, they were all more enjoyable than entering NSMHA as a contracted IT specialist. The role and person whom I had been trained to replace, sailed away before I could ever have any chance here. Left within 3 months and haven’t been happier since.
Nothing. The ability to do what I want because management is unconscious. Though when they regain consciousness, they are horrible to work for. Thanks Pablo or whatever your name was!
Nothing, the fact that I could go under radar because they don’t care about advancement or hard working individuals.
By removing the IT Director from this position and the field as a whole.
Researched the company and their clients for about two weeks after receiving a tip from my recruiter (Robert Half, which also is a rather terrible company whom I have left reviews as well).
60% below average.
As a Caucasian male, I stand no chance at this primarily Spanish speaking organization. This was never stated other than the fact that bilingual employees are compensated more. This seems justified to me, personally. Though for most, it is a ridiculous slap in the face to have to deal with every day. Especially when most Spanish speaking individuals at this company have poor English speaking skills.
Leaving for the day.
