In addition to the duties of a Senior Procurement Specialist (SPS), the Senior Procurement Specialist II is responsible for providing guidance, cross coverage, support and maintaining schedules for the SPS. This position will also support, train and on-board new SPS in their roles.
This position is responsible for providing professional acquisition of supplies, services, and equipment, in the required quantity and quality for the NTTA. It is the responsibility of this position to obtain items via formal two-party contracts utilizing formally advertised invitations for bid and/or requests of qualifications and to perform related work. Under the general direction of the Director, Procurement Services, the Senior Procurement Specialist II performs a wide variety of procurement and purchasing activities and provides technical guidance and leadership to Senior Procurement Specialists.

Responsibilities:
Manages procurements from cradle-to-grave. Managing the procurement process throughout the complete procurement lifecycle of projects.
Manages and evaluates phases of pre-planning, planning, solicitation, negotiation, administration, contract modifications (CMR, change orders, renewals, extensions), close-outs and termination of assigned contracts.
Reviews Procurement Request documentations (PRF-1) specifications/scope, and statements of work.
Works closely with program and project managers on proper procurement method for procuring such goods and services.
Manages the coordination of the establishment of subcontracting goals and manages the coordination of obtaining insurance requirements.
Negotiates contracts, makes recommendations, and communicates awards to vendors.
Serves as an advisor to subordinate staff on unusual or difficult policy issues.
Consults with user department on requirements development (Scope of Work).
Acts as chairperson for procurement evaluation committee and serves on other procurement related committees as needed.
Solicits quotations and bids and negotiates prices and terms for contracts.
Develops and maintains bidders' lists for the organization.
Prepares formal invitation for bids and requests for quotations, including required special terms and conditions, performance, and technical criteria.
Corresponds and communicates with suppliers and internal and external customers regarding contracts, quotes, and bids.
Performs and documents RFP, RFQ, RFB and RFI standard workflow procedures.
Provides guidance, support, and assists with training for Procurement Specialists.
Develops, coordinates with business units, short/long-term acquisition strategies
Resolution of contract-related issues.
Support NTTA's Business Diversity outreach efforts
Develops and implements procurement plans and strategies to support business needs
Assist in the development, execution of documentation for business processes and training for all Procurement systems including the Supplier Portal, Contract Management system, DocuSign and the ERP upgrades and enhancements
Serves as a functional expert for the SPS while applying advanced knowledge and skills when performing procurement responsibilities.
Manages second level of issue escalations
Provides guidance to the SPS based on management direction
Promotes teamwork within and among the team
Handles more complex and high visibility procurements.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Procurement.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent number of years of experience.
Five to seven years related experience.
Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
Self-driven and self-initiated with ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to prioritize team workflow and adjust as necessary
Preferred:
Preferred professional certification such as CPPB, CPPO, CPP, CCPM or evidence of continued professional development.

Bankruptcy Specialist

The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for administering bankruptcy activities on behalf of NTTA, as well as serving as a liaison between NTTA, the customer, and/or the customer's attorney or bankruptcy trustee. This is accomplished by collecting documentation in support of a case, filing claims on behalf of NTTA, reviewing information submitted by the customer, customer's attorney, or trustee, and negotiating restitution.

Responsibilities:
Responds to external inquiries received through other departments, responding to direct inquiries from violators, and trustees and works with outside attorneys, at the direction of the General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel.
Review legal materials and assist with daily administrative activities to prevent impermissible collection activities upon violator filing bankruptcy.
File proof of claims on all eligible accounts.
Ensure system requirements are met to avoid possible lawsuits against NTTA due to non-compliance.
Creates and compiles the training materials to assist with training of other departments on bankruptcy processes.
Maintains a working-knowledge of bankruptcy-related laws, policies and procedures to process and accurately classify bankruptcy status of debtors and claims.
Attend in-person meetings, team/NTTA employee events, and to process bankruptcy mail, including checks.
Performs other duties as assigned by the General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and their designees.

YOUR ROLE
As the Super User Team Manager, you will lead a regional or configuration-specific team of Super Users who support implementation efforts for Manhattan Active WMS and OMS solutions. This role will focus on defining system configurations, ensuring proper QA/UAT processes, and serving as the key liaison between implementation engineers, IT teams, and operations. Define and develop repeatable QA/UAT processes that can be used as a blueprint for future deployments.

CEVA Global Internal Audit (GIA) is an independent function whose primary mission is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight.
You will be responsible for leading and executing internal audit engagements mainly across Americas in accordance with the annual group internal audit plan. The annual plan includes reviews of various types (operational, financial, compliance, IT) and perimeters (legal entities, corporate functions, operational sites, projects). This will allow you to obtain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the group and business in a relatively short timeframe.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Execute (and lead) audit engagements of various types in accordance with the annual audit plan and specific requests from stakeholders.
* Audit Preparation: i) retrieve & analyze data and applicable policies, ii) perform focused interviews to develop a risk-based audit working program adapted to the scope and objectives of the assigned review.
* Audit Fieldwork: Perform interviews, controls and analytical tests in accordance with the developed audit working program and group internal audit methodology. Draft and share with auditees the audit preliminary conclusions.
* Audit Reporting: Drafting the audit report outlining the issues and gaps identified. For all findings, the report will include detailed root cause analysis, associated risks and recommendations. Remediation action plans proposed by the auditees will also be included.
* Audit Debriefing: Debrief local and top management (up to CEO) as needed.
* Audit Follow-up: Regular follow-up of action plans agreed with auditees to ensure risks related to the identified gaps are under control.

YOUR ROLE
The Global Project Management Specialist supports the management and coordination of commercial projects, and the Development Plan/Agenda of the Global Key Account Management team for a specific account, or group of accounts. This person ensures the effective deployment of sales tools and processes, ensures prioritization of projects across regions and keeps track of progress of such projects ensuring they are executed on an effective and timely fashion. The role also collaborates with the GKAM of the account to provide monthly reports and executive summaries to CEVAs Regional and Global Leadership.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Projects focus mainly on driving new business efforts and re-engineered business opportunities and systems.
* Coordinate with multi-functional team members to ensure project success.
* Manage full project scope from inception to delivery including planning, design, and execution, and assist with implementation across multi-functional business units.
* Actively engages with GKAM to understand the Business Development plan and Strategy to grow customer business, to proactively triage programs/projects based on customer needs, and business impact to CEVA.
* Follows organized processes or methods to periodically communicate to the CEVA organization the evolution of specific projects or engagements.
* Has the ability to identify the right stakeholders to engage in every projects and keeps communication with them.
* Actively engages with GKAM and Account Management team to identify areas of improvement across the organization for better servicing our customers in terms of project delivery times or cost. Usually this comes with a continuous improvement process, identifying dependencies which can be optimized.
* Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or similar field. Alternately, or complementary, an accredited project management certificate paired with relevant experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business role requiring strong project management skills.
* Experience in freight forwarding, logistics and/or supply chain management, with understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields
* Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions: Proactive in recognizing problems and suggesting feasible solutions.
* Strong organizational skills to handle various tasks and priorities effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and keep stakeholders engaged.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to effectively connect with people, to empathize and get actions done by project stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your attention to detail and excellent customer service? Are you passionate about overseeing and developing efficient shipment logistics for a wide range of varying accounts? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to provide a vital service for managing the coordination of Inbound or Outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with various government regulations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Oversee accounts - receive, review, and process complex or sensitive transactions for assigned base of accounts for all entry types, including the classification and valuation of goods. Process documents through the established system, obtaining release and other governmental agency releases as appropriate.
* Create and distribute written exception procedures for handling each account served by the team, including classifications, valuation rules, schedule of fees, correspondence, post entry process, and any other related information.
* Assists with overseeing the entry processing performance and existing customer service commitments to reflect established company databases and pre-load templates to reflect these procedures.
* Obtain certification for completing customer classification, as well as, other compliance specific classification as defined by company product standards.
* Assist and review work stream development of new and existing accounts, including reviewing all documentation and forms, maintaining communications with clients, reviewing their process on a regular basis, and maintaining client profiles and databases.
* Review and monitor all rejections, requests for information and other correspondence. Respond and assist with complex customer inquiries, including research and assistance with escalation on priority issues.
* Monitor shipments as they approach non-compliance based on customer control, event control, and transactional data count or control.
* Stay current of U.S. Customs regulations (Customs Brokers and the Customs clearance process); and classification and validation rules through self-study, approved related courses and seminars, and regular review of trade publications.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred; Greater than six years related experience.
* Credentials: Professional certification may be required in some areas.
* Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications; Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weights and volume and distance measurements.
* Characteristics: Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs; Ability to apply and assist with communicating laws, rules, and regulations in areas of assignment; Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and gather and analyze documents skillfully. Capable of monitoring overall processes, information and operations.
