Responsibilities
CDS Manager is responsible for implementation and improvement of clinical documentation improvement program at the facility and supervises clinical documentation specialists (CDS). Ensure CDS perform their designated tasks synergistically with other concerned departments and personnel. Work closely with Director/ Manager of Health Information Department and Director/ Manager of Case Management to be instrumental in supplementing assistance to these departmental functions pertaining to clinical documentation. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Medicine/ Surgery or license as physician assistant or registered nurse. A master's degree in nursing or clinical field preferred.

EDUCATION:
1. Responsibilities
The Utilization review tech essentially works to coordinate the utilization review and appeals process as part of the denial management initiatives. This position will also serve as a liaison and own the coordination with other UR techs in the team while being responsible for coordinating phone calls, data entry, mailing/faxing appeals and tracking data from various insurance providers and health plans regarding authorization, expedited reviews and appeals. The Infection Prevention Manager directs and coordinates the infection control program in the hospital. The designated person will be given the authority to implement and enforce the Surveillance, Prevention and Control Program policies, coordinate all infection prevention and control within the hospital and facilitate ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of prevention and/or control activities and interventions.
The Infection Prevention Manager (IPM) will work directly with Infection Prevention Medical Director and coordinates activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and state requirements. The IPM is responsible for training and direct oversight of Infection Control Practitioners to ensure consistency in infection prevention practices throughout the hospital.
Position Summary:
• Manages the Infection Prevention (IP) department and staff; has the ability to hire, fire and discipline; may be responsible for surveillance activities; evaluates the effectiveness of the program; provides education to staff, patients and families and implements all facets of the IP program

Responsible for the assessment and planning of the nutritional care of the patients in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, policies and procedures, and in coordination with the Nutrition Services Supervisor/Manager to ensure that qualify food service and nutritional care is provided to the patients.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or registry eligible.
Membership in the American Dietetic Association strongly preferred
License as mandated by the state in which employed if applicable.
ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
Experience: Experience in acute clinical care, nutrition support, and disease-specific nutrition preferred. Verifiable internship through a dietetic program.
