At the time of service informs patient of amount and collects appropriate co-pay before patient is seen. Inform clients in a polite manner when scheduling appointment of charges payable at time of appointment. Remind clients when reporting for appointment of charges payable immediately after appointment. In a cordial manner, collects charges due from patients before patient leaves office. Charts will be current with all necessary forms and documentation inserted (Physical forms, progress notes, CHDP forms, etc.). Turns on all lights, checks for cleanliness, orderliness and break-ins.
